Your call. It can introduce itself as your salon's digital assistant. If someone asks directly, it will always honestly say it's an AI. Most people just want a fast, accurate answer.

It doesn't make things up. It politely tells the client it's checking, and you get a notification right away. You reply, and next time it knows.

No. You keep the same profile. You only need a professional (Business or Creator) account linked to a Facebook Page. If you don't have one, we'll help you set it up in a few minutes.

Just send us a message and we'll sign you out right away, no questions asked. With no card and no contract, there's no notice period either.

Concierra isn't publicly available yet. We're onboarding salons gradually, in the order they signed up. When it's your turn, we'll reach out personally and set everything up together.

Testing runs until the end of 2026. Before it ends, we'll get in touch to agree on next steps. Nothing is charged automatically, and you decide whether to continue.
